So 2021 is here, and I played my first show of the year last Friday at Big Ugly. It felt great to be back in front of folks. It’s funny what you miss. Anyways, check out the live stream if you are interested and see you next time!
I know folks are busy and all that good stuff. That said, I would love it you had a few minutes to pop online and check out a couple tunes. I try to stream most of my shows live on Facebook depending on the internet connection. So- please check it out when you can! Here’s one from a couple weeks ago.
2018 proved to be a year of change, and 2019 will be a year of growth for sure. I’ve made a lot of new friends, and booked lots of new venues. Thanks to everyone for the continued support! Stay on the lookout for live videos on the Facebook page, and be sure to ‘Like’ us so you get updates on new shows! Love you all- let’s give the end of this decade hell!
Many of you may have already heard that I will be relocating with my family very soon. Fear not! It doesn’t mean the band is gonna stop making music. It just means I won’t be living in Gadsden, AL anymore. That said, the new base of operations will be in Chesapeake, VA. So, I will be looking at new venues and opportunities for the band…. let’s just say we are expanding our horizons. I like that better. Look out Virginia!
So today marks the 21st anniversary of the day my wonderful soulmate decided to keep me forever. No, nobody paid her and yes, she still likes me. So, if you notice there is a new link above titled ‘Southern Eyes- A B-side’. Click it and check it out! Happy Anniversary Baby!
Hey everyone, hope the year is going well for you. I know I haven’t updated the site in a while, but the social media is on fire! The calendar will be updated soon as well with several new dates. So we’ve been doing these shows at Back Forty Beer Company. Basically it’s every Saturday this fall from 3pm-6pm. If a good game happens to be on it will definitely be on a tv so you won’t miss a thing…. unless you aren’t there! Come check it out- it’s a great environment with great food, people and of course BEER!
Well, after a couple shows down in New Orleans we are back in Gadsden! We learned a lot, played a lot, ate a lot and met a lot of great people down there. I hadn’t been to NOLA since about 2001, and even though the times have tried to bring that town down it is still rocking a long. There is a lot of magic in that place and I’m glad we had the chance to be a part of it. Here’s a clip from one of the shows!
Guys- check out this video of ‘One Of These Days’. Thanks to Eric Wright for all your work on this one! July 3 is the official album release!
